Recruitment
Hi I’m Peyton M. and I’m from Snoqualmie WA! I’m currently a junior majoring in Economics and Neuroscience and minoring in Math and Data Science. I’m honored to serve as Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Gamma Zeta in 2026. I’m so grateful for all of the meaningful connections I’ve made, and finding my best friends through Alpha Phi! I’m so excited to continue the work towards growing our chapter and expanding our Alpha Phi community! We’re a chapter built by passionate, dedicated individuals who care deeply about our community and each other. Together, we’re committed to continuing to grow, strengthen, and shape our chapter in that same positive spirit.

About Formal Recruitment
Alpha Phi at Puget Sound is full of amazing people from all corners of campus including but not limited to sports, clubs, and student government! Going through formal recruitment is a great way to expand your community at UPS. Recruitment takes place during the last weekend of September which allows students time to get settled on campus before getting involved in Greek life. The recruitment process at Puget Sound is laid back and very manageable for individuals with busy schedules. The structure allows for individuals to meet all the chapters and find their future home! New members live in their dorms during their first year in the chapter and move into the house the next academic year so that they can stay connected to their class in their residences, however, regardless if they currently live in the house, every member is always welcome to hang out! Greek houses at UPS are on campus housing which is great to help satisfy the university’s two year live on requirement. There is a place for everyone in Greek Life at Puget Sound and we can’t wait to meet you!
